From Our Trees to Your Table
A sweet new tradition begins at Peacock Ridge
Tucked throughout our property stand over 250 beautiful sugar maple trees—something we discovered not just as part of the landscape, but as a gift waiting to be shared. This year, we followed that discovery and began crafting our own pure maple syrup, right here on the farm.
Our Discovery
There are moments when you realize the land has more to offer than you ever imagined.
As we spent time walking Peacock Ridge with fresh eyes, we recognized the abundance surrounding us—rows of sugar maples, quietly standing season after season. It felt like an invitation… to slow down, to listen, and to embrace a new opportunity.
What started as a simple realization quickly became something more meaningful.
A Sweet New Tradition
This year, we tapped our trees for the very first time.
Each bottle of Peacock Ridge maple syrup is created from the very trees that surround our venue—crafted in small batches and rooted in care. It’s a process that connects us even more deeply to the land and the changing seasons.
This isn’t just something we make—
it’s something we experience, nurture, and now, share.
Honoring The Land
At Peacock Ridge, everything we do is centered around using this farm to its fullest potential.
From weddings to quiet moments in nature, and now to maple syrup, we believe in stewarding what we’ve been given with intention and heart. This new chapter is just one more way we’re bringing the beauty of the land into everyday life.
