We do require a $1m event insurance policy with Peacock Ridge listed as an additional insured. Approximate cost is $250.
Pricing is subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or even months prior to signing a contract.)
Peacock Ridge has no hidden fees. Linens are the only thing we offer in addition to our rental fee for an additional fee. (You don’t have to get linens through us - it’s totally optional.)
