Yes you can choose your own vendors. Your caterer must be a licensed caterer.

Yes your tables and chairs are included. They will be set up as per your seating chart.

We have over 2,000 pieces of decor for you to choose from.

The barn will be set to your seating chart. We will set the linens, and dinnerware that you provide on your tables.

One hour before the event ends we will remove the decorations from the tables. (this helps prevent our decor from mistakingly being packed with yours). We will put your decor on one table and we will take care of all other cleaning.

We wait until the hour before your wedding to make the decision if your ceremony will be inside the barn. Most venues make this decision at least 4 hours prior to your ceremony. If it is raining your ceremony will be held in front of the head table backdrop.

We have our liquor license so no alcohol can be brought in. We will furnish the bridal house with mimosas for the bridal house and beer for the grooms area. No liquor can be in the dressing rooms. We want you to remember your ceremony:)

200 guests incluiding the bridal party

Yes the retainer is $1,000.00 to book your date. We take the balance due and divide it into 4 equal payments. You start making payments one year prior to your wedding date.

To reserve your date please email us at info@peacock.com stating you are ready to book xyz date if it is still available. Please include an alternate date just in case your original date is not available.. We hope you will be able to visit the farm in person by filling out our tour request form. If you live out of the area we are happy to give you a tour via Facetime. It is not a requirement that you visit in person to book your date. Dates are reserved on a first requested basis.

Couples that have their weddings booked at Peacock Ridge are welcome to have their engagement pictures taken at the farm.

Yes, we require all hosts to provide us with a Certificate of Insurance for a $1,000,000 policy with Peacock Ridge listed as the additional insured. Your policy must be purchased through Nuptial Wedding Insurance. They have our information preloaded and will send us the certificate of insurance.

Great question! In general, we believe the average budget for a wedding with 150 guests at Peacock Ridge is between $15,000-$18,000 for wedding expenses (venue, food, DJ, etc ) We have some creative couples with smaller guest lists host beautiful weddings in the $12,000-15,000 range, and we have had several wonderful events here spending significantly more than the average.
