A Sweet Discovery on the Farm
When we discovered that hundreds of sugar maple trees were growing across our property, we knew we wanted to create something meaningful with them.
Each season, we tap the trees, collect the sap, and carefully turn it into small-batch maple syrup. It is a simple process that takes time and patience, but the finished syrup is something truly special.

Beatrice - Maple Bee’s Knees - Gin, Lemon Juice, Maple Syrup - The “Queen” at 24” tall our mini horse rules the herd.
Marty - Maple Mule - Vodka or Rum, Ginger Beer, Maple Syrup - Marty, our Donkey is the lover of the bunch.
