*Package is based on using the bar inside the barn.
*There is a $175.00 Set-up and Clean-up Fee to use the Outside Patio Bar for Cocktail Hour Patio Bar. Please note that the outdoor patio bar is weather permitting only. If it is raining and/or under 62 degrees on event day, set-up the outdoor bar. The outdoor bar must be canceled 48 hours prior to the event to receive a refund.
Additional Beverages Available
Lemonade, Sweet Tea and Unsweetened Iced Tea are available @ $75 per beverage dispenser
-dispenser serves approximately 50 guests and includes plastic cups and napkins for display
Regular and Decaf Coffee are available at $175.00 per urn
-Urn will serve approximately 75-100 guests and includes paper coffee cups, napkins, creamers,
and sweeteners
Bottled Waters are available at $15 per case of 24
-Bottles will be iced down at the bar in washtub for self-service throughout the evening
Flavored Lemonades, Flavored Teas and Warm or Cold Apple Cider are available upon request. Please call or email for pricing.
*Event is subject to a 20% service charge and 6.50% sales tax
Please note that the service charge is NOT a gratuity. The service charge covers delivery costs, administrative fees, and continuous equipment replacement costs. Bartenders will put tip jars at the bar. If you would like to tip the bartenders directly, we will happily add our standard gratuity to your invoice. Thank you.
